Curtis Martin personally gave me one of his cleats and signed it using a silver paint pen during New York Jets training camp when it was held at Hofstra University. Still remember the day like it was yesterday. He was leaving the dorm complex (The Netherlands) to go to dinner after a "two-a-day" in his Range Rover and at the light rolled down the window and handed out two cleats he personally wore and used... One to me and another to my friend I was waiting with. Although taken on a different night, you can see a photo of me with Curtis Martin at that dorm complex.
