Along with 52 equipment manager penned on each. Ray signed the black portion of the cleat big and bold in a permanent metallic silver paint. They come with a COA/LOA from The Ray Lewis Foundation GUARANTEEING FOR LIFE that these cleats were Game Worn and signed by Ray Lewis.

They also come with a picture of Ray from the event and signing along with PSA/DNA authentication for assured authentication as well.
