MLB Authenticated - Game-Used AND Autographed Kelvin Gutierrez KC Monarchs (Royals) Cleats. On May 23, 2021, the Detroit Tigers visited the Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium. Casey Mize started for the Tigers, while Kris Bubic went for the Royals. The Royals wore uniforms honoring the Kansas City Monarchs. Kelvin Gutierrez started at third base (and eventually moved over to first base) for the Royals, WEARING THESE CLEATS!!

The Royals only got five hits in the game. But the last one was the big one: Carlos Santana blasted a come-from-behind-walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth off Michael Fulmer. Whit Merrifield, Andrew Benintendi, and Salvador Perez also got hits in the game. These cleats are MLB Authenticated as worn by Gutierrez for the game.

The cleats are red, New Balance, size 12 U. The cleats are dirty, with dirt stuck in the spikes. The number 19 (although it looks like someone first wrote a 4 instead of a 1) is written in sharpie on the bottom of both cleats. Gutierrez wore number 19 in the game. Gutierrez also AUTOGRAPHED both cleats, and both cleats are MLB Authenticated as autographed by Gutierrez on June 3, 2021.
